Prints an informational message
shtk_import cli
shtk_cli_info |
message1 [.. messageN] |
The shtk_cli_info
function prints the
given informational message to stderr. The message can be provided as one or
more arguments as depicted by message1 to
messageN; all arguments are concatenated together into
a single line.
The printed message has the following form, where ‘progname’ is determined by shtk_cli_progname(3):
progname: I: message1 .. messageN
shtk_cli_info
should be used to report
script execution progress to the user instead of relying on simple
echo(1) calls. This is to ensure that
all log messages are properly sent to stderr.
